Whipped

So I had a game against this young lass the other day. Was quite a challenge keeping my eye on the ball, or at least trying to as I couldn't see it anyway.

After a 4 game victory against one of my 1st league buddies from work, she gave me a 9-3, 9-3 whipping. I was totally fine with that though.

She's off overseas to play in some tournament in Qatar, and then off to Ireland I think to play in some tournament there. Anyways, GL Tenille, fly the flag high :]

Action Cricket

We had a little action cricket game the other day. It was internal match between our RAS (Risk Advisory Services) department and the audit team. We came short after a rather poor batting performance by yours truly managing a glorious 3 runs.

Note that the dress for the occassion was 'hawaiin shirts'. Clearly only one individual rose to the occassion. I claim the prize for team spirit.
